Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Human Resources Manager or Generalist in all aspects of Human Resources.
• Must possess and maintain current knowledge of laws related to Human Resources.

• Provide HR advice and consultation to employees and management, including coaching on performance issues and policy interpretation.
• Partner with front-line supervisors, managers, and senior management to implement policies and programs.
• Oversee employee data, attendance, evaluations, compensation, and terminations.
