Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple locations. You will advise management, coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and recruit talent while maintaining confidentiality.

This role partners with supervisors and executives to implement training, compensation, and benefits programs, conduct investigations, and promote a respectful, safe work environment. A strong knowledge of employment laws is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or generalist roles.
• Experience supporting multiple operating locations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to employees and management, including performance coaching and policy interpretation.
• Partner with front-line supervisors, managers, and senior leadership on HR issues.
• Implement and monitor HR programs in training, compensation, compliance and benefits.
• Oversee employee records and HR data accuracy.
• Screen, interview and extend offers to prospective employees.
