Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR Manager or Generalist roles across all HR functions.
• Experience supporting multiple operating locations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and counseling to employees and management, including coaching on performance and policy interpretation.
• Partner with front-line supervisors, managers, and senior leadership on HR decisions and programs.
• Implement, disseminate, and monitor HR policies, training, and compensation practices.
• Screen, interview, and extend offers of employment; oversee onboarding and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
