Job summary

Amazon's regional Human Resources leadership role focuses on partnering with senior leaders to translate PXT priorities into regional strategy, driving talent development, performance, and culture across multiple locations.

The Regional Sr. HR Manager leads with data, builds scalable practices, and collaborates with Legal and Employee Relations on complex cases, ensuring governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 10+ years of HR leadership or equivalent leadership in operations, etc.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforce.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations.
• Experience in employee relations, risk management, workforce management and compensation management.
• Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate PXT priorities into regional strategies and drive operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan and execute long-term talent goals and business priorities.
• Lead and develop high-performing PXT teams with vision, coaching, and accountability.
• Drive organizational health and employee experience through data-driven insights and field analytics.
• Manage risk and compliance by addressing employee relations and policy adherence.
• Lead change management and communications across the region; champion transformations.
• Build partnerships with Centers of Excellence and external community partners.
