Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Regional Human Resource Manager to partner with store and regional leadership, ensuring high performance across Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee and St. Louis.

Travel to these markets is required (30–50%). You will lead employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training programs, and safety initiatives while coaching store directors and managers to maximize results and engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S./B.A. degree in a business or related field or equivalent work experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years professional experience
• 5-7 years of HR specific experience in a corporate retail setting, multi-unit a plus
• Previous case management experience (to include corrective action processes, termination, conflict mediation, etc.)
• Preferred grocery retail experience

Responsibilities

• Work with field operations teams for all employee relations issues
• Partner with compensation, benefits and performance management systems administration
• Conduct needs assessments, trainings and workshops with leadership
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations, dispute resolution and corrective actions
• Lead development of effective performance management including appraisals and feedback
• Coach Store Directors and Managers to maximize performance
• Staff stores to meet business needs
• Collaborate on talent management and succession planning
