Job summary

Landing is seeking a Regional Hospitality Leader to oversee General Managers across multiple markets, driving guest experience, property quality, and operational execution. You’ll report to the Regional Field Director and connect market operations with company leadership.

You’ll build playbooks, own outcomes, and lead teams across regions, developing talent while maintaining accountability and a strong customer focus in a growth stage environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit hospitality operations across markets.
• Proven ability to develop and coach managers to perform without direct supervision.
• Strong sense of what KPI signals matter and when to act.
• Ability to triage competing priorities and keep guest experience at the center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee General Managers across markets and ensure consistent operations.
• Maintain high member experience quality and resolve escalations.
• Manage housekeeping and property partner relationships regionally.
• Track and improve hub KPIs: NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, growth, expenses.
• Oversee new property installations, onboarding, and launches.
• Deliver weekly performance reports to Regional Field Leader and exec team.
• Foster career development and growth paths for General Managers.
