The role collaborates with Regional Managers and the HR team to ensure safe, productive operations and ongoing staff development on major projects. Strong candidates bring 5+ years HR experience, a related bachelor’s, and construction exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field with 5 years of HR experience or equivalent
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Prior experience in construction preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist and support regional efforts to recruit and hire
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Promote retention through positive coworker relations
• Participate in HR continuous improvement activities
• Support compliance efforts across regions
• Participate in HR department activities
• Engage in training and certifications for staff
