Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is expanding its HR team to support a region of dental offices across NC, SC, and VA. The HR Generalist will own recruiting and onboarding for 10–20 locations and guide employee relations for 150–250 team members.

This role emphasizes hands-on activity in offices and local communities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR with full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to travel regionally; healthcare or dental experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR generalist, recruiting, or HRBP experience, ideally multi-site.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, with high-volume hourly hiring a strong plus.
• Healthcare, dental, or DSO experience preferred.
• Comfortable with an ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for region’s non-provider roles.
• Coordinate onboarding with paperwork, credentials, and systems access.
• Build relationships with local dental programs and campuses; represent us at career fairs and events.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions; coach managers on performance and relations.
