Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Recruiting Canvasser for a temporary, part-time engagement to build our talent pipeline across Coastal North Carolina. This role will be based onsite at one of our Riccobene Coastal offices, working with the local team to understand culture and needs while representing the practice in the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting, sales, or community outreach in healthcare is preferred.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and approaching offices
• Able to work onsite with an existing clinical team and adapt to office culture
• Self-directed and autonomous in fieldwork
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within NC Coast
• Strong organizational skills to track candidate pipeline
• Available for the full 8–12 week engagement

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at a Riccobene Coastal location to integrate with the team.
• Learn day-to-day culture and needs to accurately represent the practice to candidates.
• Build relationships with team members and networks for referrals.
• Develop relationships with local dental hygiene programs and career services.
• Attend CE courses and events to network with hygienists and assistants.
• Visit local offices to introduce Riccobene Associates and open conversations with staff.
• Represent the practice at job fairs and community events.
• Track outreach activity and pipeline metrics and report trends.
