Job summary

Family Dental Health, a growing dental group in South Carolina, is seeking an outgoing Human Resources Coordinator to support staffing, onboarding, and HR operations across locations.

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate orientation, maintain records, and assist with benefits and compliance. This role offers competitive pay, bonus opportunities, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job listings with hiring criteria.
• Post jobs in iSolved Hire and other platforms.
• Manage referral bonuses tagging and postings.
• Screen applications and schedule interviews.
• Conduct reference checks as requested.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
