Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee HR functions across the region, aligning recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with corporate policies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with branch managers to support workforce initiatives and company growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background screening is a mandatory pre-requisite for employment consideration.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Managers and Recruiting Director for open positions.
• Create Offer Letters for new employees and route to signors.
• Initiate Background and Drug Screens for new candidates.
• Orientation for all new employees and payroll/calendar onboarding.
• Ensure Paycom checklists are completed and track 30-day onboarding.
