You will align HR processes with company policy, ensure accurate records and timely reporting, and partner with leadership to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processes across regional locations and ensure accuracy of compensation.
• Manage benefits enrollment, LOA, and compliance with payroll and HR policies.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain regional personnel files and ensure regulatory posters and policies are up to date.
• Support training initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Safety teams to meet reporting deadlines.
