Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years dedicated to global employee and labor relations.
• Experience in large, complex multinational organizations.
• Experience designing global HR operating models.
• Experience managing labor negotiations, CBAs, and union engagement.
• Knowledge of local employment laws across multiple geographies.
• Budget management experience >$10M.
• Experience leading large, remote teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools in HR.

Responsibilities

• Translate global HR priorities into locally executable plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Coach HR leaders and COEs to drive regional execution.
• Lead negotiations and labor relations activities with unions and workers councils.
• Develop and guide local labor relation strategies and playbooks.
• Monitor labor market trends and advise on implications for the business.
• Align global program design with local implementation for scalability.
