Job summary

HP is seeking a seasoned People Relations & Compliance Lead to steer global Employee Relations, Labor Relations and HR Compliance under a unified Center of Excellence. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery while partnering with Legal, People Leadership, and CoEs to drive scalable, proactive risk management.

You will guide senior executives on complex people matters, elevate compliance frameworks, and enable high-impact, data-driven decision making across the global organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience across Employee Relations, Labor Relations and HR Compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related discipline
• Experience leading global ER/LR/Compliance in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Lead ER, LR, and HR Compliance pillars under a unified CoE model
• Drive transformation, governance, and RACI across global teams
• Standardize policies, processes, and tools for global consistency with local flexibility
• Resolve high-risk executive escalations in partnership with Legal and senior leaders
• Coach and develop a high-performing PRC team and embed data-driven decision making
