Job summary

Complete Care seeks a Senior Human Resources Director to lead and mentor HR teams across our Mid-Atlantic facilities in MD, DE and WV. This hands-on role drives workforce planning, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Partner with regional leaders to align HR strategy with operations, oversee labor relations as needed, and ensure consistent policy application across multiple sites. Travel throughout the region is required.

Qualifications

• Skilled nursing or long-term care HR experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Multi-site or regional HR experience strongly preferred.
• Union and labor relations experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Partner with Regional HR, Operations, and facility leadership to address workforce needs.
• Mentor, train, and support facility Human Resources Directors.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Support facilities during HR leadership transitions, vacancies, and operational challenges.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Assist with labor relations and union-related matters as needed.
