Job summary

Complete Care seeks a Senior Human Resources Director to lead and mentor HR teams across Maryland, Delaware & West Virginia. This hands-on, multi-site role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and strategic partnership with facility leadership.

You will travel regionally to facilities, support HR leadership transitions, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives, and ensure adherence to employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR across multiple facilities.
• Strong background in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership.
• Union and labor relations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Partner with Regional HR, Operations, and facility leadership to address workforce needs.
• Mentor, train, and support facility Human Resources Directors.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Support facilities during HR leadership transitions, vacancies, and operational challenges.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Assist with labor relations and union-related matters as needed.
