Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner and recruiter to administrative departments.
• Provide guidance and assistance on HR-related matters to department managers.
• Assists in development, administration and oversight of HR programs including performance management, development and retention, communications and training, policy design, and compensation.
• Protect firm from legal risk through HR consultation and education.
• Lead recruitment processes for various staff levels.
