This employee-owned company has 55+ years in the real estate industry and an emphasis on stability, growth, and client satisfaction. You will manage occupancy targets, NOI goals, budgets, vendor relationships, and performance evaluations, while mentoring property teams and building

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years affordable housing experience (Section 8, RD, Tax Credit, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in large multi-family property management (500+ units) required.
• 5-7 years of people management experience.
• Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License preferred (required within 12 months of hire date).
• Proficiency with property management software platforms, preferably Yardi.

Aufgaben

• Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
• Create value for clients through meeting NOI and revenue goals.
• Oversee and contribute to annual budget process.
• Maintain knowledge of new development or sales transactions in the portfolio market.
• Prepare monthly owner’s reports and quarterly financial reviews with SVP, Residential Division.
