Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring in Camp Hill, PA for a Regional Community Director, Affordable Housing.

This role oversees operational and financial management of scattered site apartments within Pennsylvania and requires in-person presence in Central Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates have extensive affordable housing and large multi-family management experience, plus strong leadership and financial skills to drive NOI, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3-5 years affordable housing experience (Section 8, RD, Tax Credit, etc.).
• 3-5 years of large multi-family property management (500+ units) experience.
• 5-7 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure occupancy targets are achieved through leasing and resident retention.
• Create value for clients by meeting NOI and revenue goals.
• Oversee annual budget process and monthly owner reports.
• Lead and participate in hiring, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Foster relationships with clients and vendors to support operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and effective reputation management.
