Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a Full-Time Community Director for Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman’s Valley Apartments in Loysville, PA.

The role focuses on overseeing property operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws while processing Tax Credit and Rural Development leases. The ideal candidate has affordable housing experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and a PA Real Estate License is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the multi-family housing industry is required.
• Experience with Tax Credit and Rural Development programs is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative processes are essential.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are important.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operations of the properties.
• Staff supervision and development.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local programs and Fair Housing laws.
• Manage capital improvement projects and budgets.
• Rent collection and financial oversight.
• Process move-in applications and recertifications.
• Deliver superior customer service and handle work orders/communications.
• Data entry and weekly/monthly reporting.
