Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a Full-Time Community Director for Perlo Ridge and Sherman's Valley Apartments in Loysville, PA. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with housing programs, and manage leases for residents while delivering excellent customer service.

Knowledge of affordable housing programs is key; PA Real Estate license is a plus and PMI will support licensure. This employee-owned company offers stock, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family housing.
• Tax Credit or Rural Development experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative process.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the properties.

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join our team at Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman's Valley Apartments. This position will provide oversight to the communities teams, process Tax Credit and Rural Development leases for our residents and provide excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one!
