Responsibilities

• Oversees housing projects from start to finish, planning and inspecting staff work.
• Reviews and approves project plans, conducts site feasibility studies, and prepares bid documents.
• Coordinates contractor work, monitors budgets, and ensures on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Coordinates inspections with staff/contractors and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Prepares and maintains operational records and reports.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
