Napa Valley Community Housing seeks a Project Manager, Affordable Housing Real Estate Development, to lead financing, site acquisition, entitlements, and construction oversight. You will supervise the Assistant PM and coordinate with Finance and Property Management to advance NVCH’s mission.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Development, you’ll guide each project from feasibility through lease-up, advocating for affordable housing policies and securing diverse funding sources to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive affordable housing development experience.
• Experience managing projects through financing, entitlement, and construction.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial pro forma analyses and site feasibility studies for opportunities.
• Assemble layered financing packages including LIHTC, bonds, and grants.
• Lead entitlement and public approvals, representing NVCH at hearings.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, and contractors; oversee budgets.
• Direct day-to-day work of junior staff and manage documentation & draws.
• Handover completed projects to Property/Asset Management with readiness.
• Coordinate with Finance, Property Management, and Asset Management.
• Represent NVCH in public policy discussions and funding program updates.
