Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Process Expert to shape and standardise global recruiting and onboarding processes. This role focuses on design, optimisation, and governance, driving scalable, compliant experiences across regions while partnering with HR, IT, product owners and vendors.

You'll combine process expertise, analytics and digital capability to implement automation and continuous improvement, supporting organisational growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, business process improvement, project management, or HR systems environments.
• Strong understanding of process design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to translate requirements into practical designs.
• Knowledge of HR technology and recruitment systems (Oracle Cloud, Phenom, Avature).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes on a global scale.
• Drive process improvement, automation, governance, and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, product owners, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
