Job summary

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Representative for one of our 490+ locations across North America. Human Resources Representatives are responsible for managing strategic and tactical HR activities at assigned sites or within specific responsibilities. This individual will also participate in the College Recruit Development Program.

College Recruit Development Program
  • Meet one‑on‑one, quarterly, for their first two years with a Talent Manager to discuss personalized career development and receive guidance.
  • Participate in an instructor‑led, classroom leadership development training.
  • Network with other College Recruits and business leaders within their regional location and across North America.
  • Participate in professional development webinars and opt in to being connected with peers to help them navigate life after graduation.
Primary duties & responsibilities
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
  • Drive initiatives/activities in support of site culture.
  • Conduct internal investigations as needed.
  • Implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activities.
  • Ensure the administration of audit activities for compliance within HR policies and procedures.
  • Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
  • Assist with staffing, succession planning, and associate programs and processes.
  • Understand concepts related to compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications.
  • Administration of and action planning activities related to the annual EOS process.
  • Administration of our performance management process.
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work in person or on a hybrid schedule (role dependent).
