Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Counsel hourly and exempt associates as needed.
• Drive site climate and culture initiatives.
• Conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure HR regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Audit HR processes for compliance.
• Train management on interviewing, hiring, performance reviews and harassment prevention.
• Coach managers and staff through staffing, onboarding and development.
• Understand compensation and benefits concepts and communications.
• Oversee EOS processes and data management in HRMS.
• Administer performance management processes.
