Job summary

Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. in the Phoenix area seeks a strategic Director of Operations & Sales to oversee a multi-site portfolio and elevate the guest experience toward a premier vacation resort standard.

This executive will split time ~50% in-office and ~50% in the field with some remote flexibility, collaborating with GMs, Sales Teams and F&B leadership to drive revenue, manage budgets, and leverage hospitality tech for optimized performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-site hospitality operations experience.
• Outgoing, guest-focused leadership style.
• Proven P&L, budgeting, and sales execution expertise.
• Experience with hospitality tech and reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across portfolio operations with site visits.
• Lead large teams including GMs, activity directors, and F&B leadership.
• Direct budgets, forecasts, revenue and expenses and drive financial targets.
• Guide marketing and sales to optimize inventory, pipelines and conversions.
• Oversee F&B operations, events and guest activities, providing hands-on support as needed.
