Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing operations.
• Technical: MS Office, reservation systems, guest service platforms, basic reporting tools.
• Physical: ability to lift 40 lbs. and maneuver carts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming guest experience across all service touchpoints.
• Lead hospitality staff including front desk, concierge, and guest services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct team meetings, training, and performance coaching.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and reservation management.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Support guest retention strategies and loyalty programs.
• Analyze KPIs to improve service delivery.
