Job summary

Magna Hospitality Group seeks a high-caliber Vice President of Operations for a West Coast market-area leadership role. You will provide strategic direction for a diverse hotel portfolio and drive performance through GM development, brand alignment, and profitability initiatives across the region.

The role requires navigating multiple brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt) and overseeing openings, renovations, and transitions while sustaining a people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice President, Regional Operations, or comparable multi-property leadership experience.
• Strong track record leading multiple hotels across markets and brands.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or other major hotel brands.
• Experience across full-service, lifestyle, and select-service hotel environments.
• Demonstrated success managing hotel operations, financial performance, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-brand portfolio of hotels throughout the West Coast.
• Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers to achieve results in financial performance, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with company objectives and ownership expectations.
• Drive profitability through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Establish performance expectations and hold leadership teams accountable for financial and operational goals.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, investors, brand representatives, and executive leadership teams.
• Ensure brand compliance and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and efficiency.
• Oversee asset maintenance, capital planning, and property improvement initiatives.
