Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
• Drive referrals, admissions growth, and market awareness for Warren and other Garden Springs facilities.
• Serve as a resource for discharge planning teams to facilitate timely patient transitions.
• Collaborate with Centralized Admissions & Intake and facility leadership to coordinate referrals and improve conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the market.
• Promote Garden Springs' clinical capabilities and post-acute care services.
• Maintain field presence through hospital visits and proactive account management.
• Monitor referral trends and market opportunities to support growth.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on business development initiatives.
