• Collaborate with Centralized Admissions & Intake and facility leadership to coordinate referrals and improve conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the market.
• Promote Garden Springs' clinical capabilities and post-acute care services.
• Maintain field presence through hospital visits and proactive account management.
• Monitor referral trends and market opportunities to support growth.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on business development initiatives.

Garden Springs Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Regional Hospital Liaison to join our growing Business Development team!

This position will primarily support our Warren Nursing and Rehabilitation location, while also collaborating with and supporting Garden Springs Healthcare facilities throughout Ohio.

About the Opportunity

As a Regional Hospital Liaison, you will play an important role in connecting patients and families with high-quality post-acute care services. You'll develop strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare partners while helping drive admissions, census growth, and market development.

This is a highly visible, field-based position with opportunities to collaborate directly with facility and corporate leadership, contribute to strategic growth initiatives, and expand your responsibilities as your career develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, case managers, and community healthcare partners.
• Drive qualified referrals, admissions growth, and market awareness for our Warren location and additional Garden Springs facilities.
• Serve as a trusted resource for discharge planning teams, helping facilitate timely and appropriate patient transitions.
• Collaborate with our Centralized Admissions & Intake team and facility leadership to coordinate referrals, overcome admission barriers, and improve conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities, referral sources, and strategic partnerships throughout the market.
• Promote Garden Springs Healthcare's clinical capabilities, specialty programs, and comprehensive post-acute care services.
• Maintain a consistent field presence through hospital visits, relationship development, and proactive account management.
• Monitor referral trends, market opportunities, and performance metrics to support continued growth.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on business development initiatives across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• A confident, energetic, and self-motivated professional with a passion for healthcare and relationship development.
• Experience in healthcare business development, hospital liaison services, admissions, case management, discharge planning, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into measurable growth.
• Excellent organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support multiple facilities and teams.
• Clinical experience or familiarity with skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care is preferred.
