Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Hospital & Lab Services Manager in Brick, NJ. This hospital-based leadership role oversees regional hospital laboratory services, contracts, and integration with the national Professional Lab Services team.

You will manage staff, coordinate with clients, and drive implementation plans, with a focus on service quality, timely execution, and ongoing client satisfaction. A Bachelor's in Medical Technology or related field is required, with preference for advanced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in the laboratory industry.
• Experience in hospital management preferred.
• Lean design/workflow experience and lab consolidation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional hospital services and partner with national PLS team to develop integration plans.
• Lead hospital laboratory management services implementation including contracting.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely contract execution.
• Train hospital management staff and evaluate project effectiveness.
• Manage staff resources and report monthly/quarterly performance.
• Maintain client relationships across hospital locations and partners.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings and develop project plans.
• Ensure successful transition of lab management staff post-implementation.
