Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead in Brick, NJ. This is a hospital-based role at Ocean with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and rotational weekends. Pay range is $33.81–$55.81 per hour and may include annual performance bonus opportunities.

The role requires a strong background in MLS/CLS, proficiency in laboratory operations, QC, and regulatory compliance, plus leadership capabilities to supervise and support the lab team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Medical Technologist in the designated discipline.
• Foreign educated candidates must provide a credential evaluation (IERF).
• U.S. educated candidates must provide an original transcript.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in duties of Medical Technologist I/II.
• Perform and report analytical tests per SOP with QC requirements.
• Support lab policies for specimen handling, test analysis, and results records.
