You will coach leaders, drive cost efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with business development to strengthen hospice differentiation. You will set measurable goals and monitor progress to achieve company objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred or active clinical licensure.
• Active license to practice in home state with multi-state capability (NLC for nurses).

Responsabilidades

• Plans and executes a regional operational business plan across multiple sites.
• Drives continuous improvement in cost management and efficiency.
• Sets and monitors goals, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns with strategic objectives.
• Coaches and mentors regional leaders; designs succession and development strategies.
• Collaborates with Compliance and Regulatory departments to meet standards.
• Leads business development collaboration to differentiate hospice care.
• Monitors performance metrics and drives quality across the region.

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field

Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

Licensed professional (MD/PT/RN) with state licensure; NLC if nursing
