Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; Master's preferred or licensed clinician.
• Ten years of supervisory/administrative experience in hospice/home health care.
• Experience managing a $50M+ organization.
• Working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in hospice/home health care.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes regional operational business plans for efficient, fiscally responsible locations.
• Drives continuous improvement in cost management and efficiency.
• Sets goals, monitors projects, and evaluates results to meet objectives.
• Coaches and mentors leaders; implements succession and development strategies.
• Ensures regulatory compliance in collaboration with Compliance and regulatory teams.
