Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Two years in home hospice and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Preferred: current RN license in the state and EMR/Home Care Home Base experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall organizational and financial management of the care center and direction of operations according to policies and standards.
• Enhance business development and improve care center efficiency and fiscal success.
• Supervise clinical managers ensuring delivery of quality patient care.
• Contribute to marketing activities and care center growth plans.
• Coach and direct staff.
• Implement a performance improvement program to drive quality care and outcomes.
• Address issues from surveys or audits and implement corrections.
• Remain available to the care center at all times, in person or by phone.
• Make employment decisions for direct report staff (hire/fire/promote/change status).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
