Amedisys is seeking a Director of Operations in Fall River, MA. This full-time role oversees the care center's overall organizational and financial management, ensuring growth and high-quality patient care in the home health setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or clinical field.
• Two years hospice experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Two years leadership/management in healthcare or hospice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational and financial management of the care center and its operations.
• Enhance business development and continuous improvement of care center efficiency and fiscal success.
• Supervise clinical managers ensuring delivery of quality patient care.
• Provide input on marketing activities and growth plans for the center.
• Coach, direct and encourage staff.
• Implement a performance improvement program to drive quality care and outcomes.
• Address issues identified during surveys/audits and take corrective action.
• Remain available to the care center at all times, in person or by phone.
• Make employment decisions for direct report staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
