Amedisys is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to manage multi-site locations in Georgia, aligning clinical, financial, and operational strategies with the company plan. You will oversee the execution of plans, drive improvement, and mentor leaders to ensure profitability and quality care.

You will work with compliance, clinical development, and business development to reinforce hospice excellence and regional growth while ensuring regulatory adherence and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; Master's preferred OR licensed physician, physical therapist, nurse or related field.
• Ten years of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice/home health care or related health programs.
• Experience managing a $50M+ organization.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in hospice/home health care.

Responsabilités

• Plans and executes a regional operational business plan to operate a fiscally responsible and efficient business.
• Drives continuous improvement in cost management to enhance efficiency and cost leadership.
• Sets goals, monitors projects and evaluates results to ensure objectives are met.
• Develops leadership through coaching and succession planning.
• Collaborates with Compliance/regulatory for adherence to standards.
• Drives quality metrics to improve hospice performance and clinical distinction.
• Manages region’s operations and business development performance toward Amedisys goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance through periodic reviews of locations.
• Leverages technology to create solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
