Responsibilities

• Drive regional strategies to meet chronic business objectives and growth.
• Coach Portfolio Managers and PD Clinical Specialists through field engagement.
• Lead performance reviews, business reviews, and development planning.
• Collaborate with accounts, nephrology stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
