Job summary

The JF Petroleum Group seeks a capable Heavy Maintenance lead to direct a team of HM Technicians across the project region. You will coordinate assignments, ensure quality workmanship, and act as the on-site contact for high-priority issues, while maintaining safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing technician performance, communicating with the Service Manager and Sales teams, and ensuring all HM certifications are up to date.

Qualifications

• Heavy Maintenance leadership experience required.
• Strong communication to customers and teammates.
• Ability to lead onsite and manage high-priority issues.
• Experience reviewing HM technician performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent communication to Customers and Teammates
• Achieve high-quality workmanship meeting customer expectations
• Lead onsite for high priority issues and ensure timely completion
• Complete Heavy Maintenance assignments to meet response times
• Submit paperwork as work is completed on site
• Perform onsite safety evaluations and ensure safe practices
• Review reports with Service/Project Managers and Sales
• Maintain certification requirements for HM level on equipment and products
