Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Service Manager in Virginia to lead a team of Service Technicians and Heavy Maintenance Technicians. You will drive safety, staffing, operations, and profitability while coordinating with Service Directors, project managers, and sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes branch leadership, project coordination, and performance management to meet budgeted margins and service KPIs, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of retail or commercial petroleum equipment service or installation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel and valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer satisfaction orientation.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8-10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians ensuring safety program adherence.
• Staff deployment and employee development with HR.
• Oversee branch operations for break-fix and projects.
• Coordinate with service director and sales on installations and projects.
