Job summary

JF Petroleum Group seeks a Service Manager to lead a team of Service Technicians and Heavy Maintenance Technicians, delivering high-quality, profitable service to a diverse client base in the North American fueling infrastructure sector.

You will oversee safety programs, staffing, project planning, customer relations, and branch operations, reporting to the Service Director. A college degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years of management in petroleum service, are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in service delivery.
• 3+ years in retail or commercial petroleum equipment service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Service Technicians and Heavy Maintenance Technicians to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure safety programs are executed and branch safety goals are met.
• Coordinate staffing, recruiting, and development with the Service Director and HR.
• Plan and oversee break-fix and project work with efficiency and quality.
• Maintain profitability by monitoring costs, budgeting, and billing processes.
• Communicate with key customers and act as escalation point for issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and regional teams on pricing and schedules.
