Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a key maintenance leader to maximize fleet performance.

The role focuses on diagnostics, repair, and training, with responsibility for planning, scheduling, and maintaining equipment to Waste Pro standards. Candidate must have vast knowledge of heavy equipment fleet maintenance management, diagnostic and repair capability, ability to plan and schedule maintenance, ability to train/mentor local maintenance support and equipment operators.

Qualifications

• 4+ years heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to read schematics to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, CAN/BUS systems.
• Maintain a standard tool set for equipment repairs (specialty tools provided).
• Experience with diagnostic tools and alignment with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Teach and mentor operators on daily Pre/Post requirements; monitor quality.
• Self-administer purchasing, RO's, and third-party activities as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance with operators or alone when expertise is required.
• Inspect, document findings, and plan repairs using maintenance software.
• Coordinate PMI inspections with site management and plan schedules.
• Maintain parts inventory to support multi-site maintenance.
• Diagnose failures and perform repairs with appropriate tools and documentation.
• Attend supervisor training classes as determined by HR and Fleet Maintenance.
