Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, to expand relationships with children's hospitals, ABA providers, and special-care facilities. You will own regional growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic plans to outrun competition.

You will travel extensively (75%+), engage senior leaders, and advocate Lakeshore’s age-appropriate learning environments. A healthcare-focused sales track is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years field sales experience, with quota achievement in healthcare or related environments.
• Comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels with clear, persuasive communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM platform (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Candidates should reside in Texas, or California/Arizona considered; 75%+ travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and grow regional accounts across hospitals and ABA facilities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans with leadership; leverage market insights.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and Professional Services for a seamless experience.
• Stay current on autism services, ABA funding, and pediatric healthcare trends.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional and national healthcare conferences to source leads.
