Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, to build lasting relationships with children’s hospitals, ABA providers, and special-care facilities across the region. You will drive revenue growth and lead regional sales initiatives while collaborating with inside sales, marketing, and professional services to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will travel extensively (75%+) and engage healthcare leaders, clinicians, and administrators to position Lakeshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in healthcare/related environment with quota attainment.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with clear, persuasive communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a region by identifying new opportunities and hitting revenue goals across hospitals, ABA facilities, and centers.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans with sales leadership using market insights and feedback.
• Build relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers to position Lakeshore as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and Professional Services to align messaging and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on autism services, ABA reimbursement, and pediatric healthcare trends to inform conversations.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional and national conferences to raise brand visibility and generate leads.
