Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system delivering care across the continuum. The Regional Vice President (RVP) will provide regional leadership, directing patient care and clinical services, while aligning with executive leadership to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities include performance metrics, program development, and collaboration across clinical and administrative teams. The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral-level clinical background or MBA with five years

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or Doctorate preferred) in advanced clinical training in a Health and Human Services field; AND
• Graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) AND Five (5) years of healthcare leadership knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Function as a day-to-day operational leader in the region to achieve goals and objectives.
• Oversee the functions and operations of delegated departments and provide leadership to VP, directors and managers.
• Develop professional relationships with leaders and staff to facilitate teamwork and delivery of quality services.
• Establish metrics and productivity reports, monitor outcomes including documentation standards and episodes of care.
• Provide strategic leadership with market leadership to set short- and long-range goals and plans.
• Promote communication between regional leadership, mid-management, staff, community leaders and stakeholders.
