Gentiva seeks a Regional Director of Operational Excellence to lead hospice branch operations across Florida. You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to strengthen teams, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive high-quality patient care.

This role requires regular in-person travel within Florida and reports to the VP of Operations. Responsibilities include mentoring branch leaders, conducting audits, promoting compliance, and leading QAPI initiatives to enhance service delivery

Formación

• RN license active and unencumbered in state of residence.
• Five+ years in operations or leadership; at least 3 years in hospice.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic advisor to branch leaders.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and retention of new leaders.
• Conduct on-site visits and audits for education and process improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote clinical compliance and patient care quality.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to implement best practices.
• Support inspections, licensure, and accreditation readiness.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities.
• Oversee patient care coordination and service delivery reviews.
