Alpine Physician Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to orchestrate program, service, and department activities across Colorado clinics. You will partner with physician leadership to drive clinical service delivery aligned with the health system's mission, regulatory requirements, and financial goals.

Role emphasizes leadership, strategy, budgeting, and people management to sustain high-quality patient care and staff engagement across multiple practices.

Qualificações

• Requires 5+ years in practice administration and personnel management.
• Minimum 5+ years in a clinical/medical setting.
• At least 3 years of clinical management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare administration and management.
• Experience with administrative software for healthcare systems.
• Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems.
• Extensive experience in financial management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee program, service, and department activities within their region.
• Assist in recruiting physicians and staff; develop new office sites.
• Plan efficient use of resources in assigned areas.
• Establish objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to strategic and long-range planning for department success.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets; review variances to meet targets.
• Coordinate billing activities with Revenue Cycle Services.
• Direct day-to-day activities of group practices.
• Manage recruitment, development, and supervision of practice leaders and team members.
• Lead continuous quality improvement in quality, safety, and patient experience.
• Handle patient satisfaction issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate EMR project conversions and implementations.
• Support professional development of practice managers.
