Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in practice administration and personnel management in a similar environment.
• At least five years working in a clinical or medical setting.
• At least three years of clinical management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare administration and management.
• Familiar with administrative software for healthcare systems.
• Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems.
• Extensive experience in financial management.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate managers across practices to ensure accountability and performance.
• Assist in recruiting physicians and staff; support new office site openings.
• Plan efficient resource use and align objectives with organizational goals.
• Contribute to strategic and long-range planning for department success.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets; review variances and financial targets.
• Coordinate billing activities with Revenue Cycle Services.
• Develop and update management policies; direct day-to-day operations of group practices.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in quality, safety, and patient experience.
• Support career development of practice managers and professional groups.
