Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a Regional Office Manager to lead administrative operations across our network of outpatient oncology sites, including Johnstown and other locations. This full-time role requires travel to supported sites and a hybrid work arrangement after in-person training.

The ideal candidate will have a health care or business degree, supervisory experience, and proficiency in EPIC/ARIA systems to ensure smooth operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or Business with 1 year experience
• Associate's Degree in Health Care or Business with 3 years experience
• High School Diploma with 5 years of supervisory experience
• Oncology experience preferred
• EPIC and ARIA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations across multiple sites
• Manage scheduling systems and operational workflows
• Support site managers and the Center Director with day-to-day coordination
• Supervise and allocate float pool resources
• Provide on-site coverage as needed
• Approve payroll and manage clinical supplies and equipment maintenance
